OneTrip and Quip on iPod Touch

Though the new iPod Touch features the same Safari browser as the iPhone, it presents itself with a different "user agent string", so pulling up my "iPhone apps" (what do we call them now?) on an iPod Touch didn't work (probably - I haven't yet tested this on one).

In any case, starting tonight this should be remedied. Fire up your iPod Touches and let me know how it works. Thanks!

Typing this on my iPod now. Checked out you apps- looking and working great. I'd love to start developing apps for stupid little tasks I have, and would love to see a post on getting started, or things you learned while working on these things. Keep up the great work.

Hi Neven,

First of all, let me say, "I love using your OneTrip shopping list on my iPhone". So far, I'm just de-selecting items I don't need on my shopping list and leaving my shopping list highlighted.

Can you post a document on http://onetrip.org, so I could learn how to properly use (highlight-not highlight, checkbox, adding items to the list, etc.) the OneTrip shopping list on my iPhone.

Thanks for your time.

Best regards,

tailspin

The 2nd generation iPod Touch and MacBook is an almost perfect devices. It combines top-notch video/audio, world-class UI, great casual gaming, hundrets of apps, and full access to the Internet into a single, beautiful package. To sum it up neatly: Untouchable. Well -- almost. It has one big flaw if you have invested in accessories: it may not be compatible with them, as Apple has changed the iPod connector pin-out (again). With those reservations, I recommend the Touch to anyone. Also great: owners of the 1st gen Touch can get most of these goodies with a simple, inexpensive software upgrade.
